- All tuna 73 inches long and over belong to the boat per National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) rules.
- Positively no drugs, US Coast Guard rules.
- No hard alcohol, Captain's rules.
- Cancellation policy: Minimum 7 days notice required.
- Cancellations due to weather only by captain.
- We do not split charters.
